Contact the Chevrolet Fleet Services dealer of choice 24 hours prior to the desired appointment date, between 9:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. on business days, from Monday through Friday.
When scheduling an appointment it is imperative that the fleet client submit the following information:

Upon arrival at the GM Fleet Services Dealership the user is advised to do the following:
When picking up of the vehicle at the Chevrolet Fleet Services Dealership the user is advised to do the following:
- Repair order form.
- Exit Survey.
- All vehicle documentation is in its glove compartment
- In case of conducting a preventive maintenance service the policy includes that the appropriate Chevrolet Fleet Services Dealer must stamp and date the warranty booklet.
